All sales are final. Goods once sold cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Office automation equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.)
  • Software and licenses
  • Consumables (toner, ink, paper, etc.)
  • Rental equipment


3. Service and Warranty

  • We provide warranty services as specified by the manufacturer (Canon or other applicable brands).
  • If you experience any issues with your purchased or rented equipment, please contact our service department for assistance.
  • Our service technicians will diagnose and resolve any technical problems according to the warranty terms.


4. Defective Products
